 Vice Admiral Sir Alan Massey, CEO of the MCA will address the yachting industry at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show. 

The PYA forum will discuss forthcoming changes to yacht regulations and new training requirements. It will be held at the International School of Monaco, 12 Quai Antoine Premier, MC 98000 at the Monaco Yacht Show at 17:15 on the 22nd of September 2011.
