I am looking for a captain position on a <200GT Sail or Motor yacht where I can apply my passion for both sailing and hospitality.  I work in the yachting industry as a professional since 1991. I have more than 18 years experience as skipper on several yacht types and possess strong sailing skills. I'm able to manage team works; My best qualities are dinamicity, discretion, risolution and autonomy; I have an excellent experience of boats managements, even with a crew few in number . I am a passionate of classical meteorology and navigation; I know all the modern electronic navigation. Thanks to all my experience in sailing, I' ve reached a good knowledge about all Mediterranean. I'm EU surveyor of safety facilities onboard; I've good skills at web programmation and technical and office automation.
