As of November 2020, a completely retroactive new login system has been implemented. This guide is valid for all users experiencing problems with login.
A: How does login work on JobWave.it?
B: By clicking the "Sign in / Register" button, you can enter the email address you used to publish your listings; within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to log in and manage/publish your listings. You can use that link within 30 minutes of receiving it; once this time has elapsed, you will need to repeat the procedure.
A: How does registration work on JobWave.it?
B: The process is the same as the login procedure described above.
A: I don't receive the email with the access link, what can I do?
B: Wait a few minutes and check that your email provider hasn't moved the message to the “spam” or “junk” folder.
A: 30 minutes have passed and I haven't received the email. What now?
B: Do not request further links before the 30 minutes have elapsed; try again only after this time has passed.
A: I followed all the steps but I don't receive the email with the access link.
B: Contact us using the dedicated form on the “Contacts” page.
