The sea has always been part of my life. Since the age of sixteen, I started working on my father’s fishing boat as a sailor/engine cadet during the summer. After graduating from high school, I spent 5 years working as Deck Cadet and Officer of Navigation on the Bulk Carrier ship. Towards the end of this experience, I developed a growing interest in yachting and decided to switch my career to this field. While working at the Bulk Carrier, I started sailing on 75 feet yacht. This has now become my biggest passion having spent over three years as a Captain, sailing the Italian sea.

06/06/2017 to 05/09/2018 M/Y Lutetia (Aicon 75 - Charter) Position: Captain As Captain on the 22m M/Y for 15 months, I managed a crew of 3people. During the summer, the yacht was chartering around the Mediterranean Sea.From one charter to another,it was used by the owner and his guests.In winter time, my duty was tosupervise interior and exterior works in the dry dock.

21/12/2016 to 11/04/2017 M/V BottiglieriAmbition (Bulk Carrier 51255GRT) Position: Third officer, Security officer Beingthird officer/security officer, my duty was to check and maintenance rescue boat, fire hose, fire extinguisher, coordination fire attack team, officer on watch from 08:00 am to 12:00 am / 20:00 pm to 00:01 am. I sailed with Bottiglieri Ambition for more than 30,000 nm, crossing the following countries: China, Australia, India, South Africa, Egypt and Italy.

25/08/2015 to 15/04/2016 M/V Bulkers Alessia (Bulk Carrier 22988 GRT) Position: Third officer In charge of passage planning, charts and publications correction. In total, I sailed for 4 months and completed 40,000 nm across Baltic Sea, Atlantic Ocean and Pacific Ocean.

10/12/2014 to 20/05/2015 M/V Primrose (Bulk Carrier Panamax 40562 GRT) Position: Third officer In charge of passage planning, charts correction and publications.In total, I completed 40,000nm across Europa, USA, China and India.

22/08/2014 to 23/10/2014 M/V Michele D’Amato (Bulk Carrier Panamax 39969GRT) Position: Third officer In charge of passage planning, charts correction and publications.I joined M/VMichele D’Amato to assist in the sale of the ship.
